Following our extensive refurbishment, Avonfield Kitchen opened their second location at The Old Town Hall in the autumn of 2025.
Located in our beautiful foyer, the café offers a welcoming, sociable environment where you can relax, catch up with friends, study or simply enjoy a good book.

They serve a wonderful selection of homecooked food and sweet treats, as well a delicious coffee.

In the evening this space transforms into The Old Town Hall Bar. A relaxed, welcoming space to enjoy a drink or two.

Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm. (Kitchen closes at 2.30pm.)

We’re excited to offer a wide selection of local drinks, including Still Sisters gin, Kettlesmith beer and Iford cider. We’re also proud to stock Fight Back Lager, who donate a portion of their profits to Music Venue Trust.
