COME AND SING with people from your community! Bring your children, your neighbours, your friends and enjoy singing for fun together.
Sophie and Clara are both experienced facilitators and you can be sure of an engaging, uplifting, satisfying hour of singing!
We’ll sing songs in a range of styles suitable for all voices and all ages. No experience is necessary – we don’t use sheet music and – everything is taught by ear.
There are never any auditions or wrong notes. We will sing purely for the fun of it!
This is a mixed age singing group – all ages welcome! Recommended for children 6yrs+ but younger children welcome.
Please note: all children must be accompanied by an adult and remain their responsibility. No drop offs! You don’t need to come with a child.

About the group leaders:
Clara Atkins lives in Trowbridge and is an experienced choir leader, singer and workshop facilitator, working with both adults and children over the last 10 years. She leads Clarity Community Choirs in Bath and Trowbridge, a women’s singing circle and the Doves Peace Choir plus singing workshops throughout the year.
Her teaching style is clear, fun and light hearted. She can guide a large group of singers of mixed ability in song in a way that is satisfying and meaningful for all. Clara’s expressive voice and excellent musicality help make learning songs with her an enjoyable experience and she’s looking forward to bringing her energy and passion for community singing to Singing Together.
Sophie Russell leads a Singing Mamas group on Thursday mornings at Mulberry Park, Bath, as well as a monthly Sunday Song Circle in Combe Down.
She has always enjoyed the feeling of singing in a group and believes singing is for everyone and is about enjoyment not perfection!
With 30 years’ experience as an actor and director, Sophie likes to make sure that playfulness and creativity is part of the experience.
