The Old Town Hall has a small dedicated, creative and motivated team of staff and trustees who help keep our building ticking.
Chief Executive Officer
Tom is our CEO. He joined the team at an exciting time, just a few months before we reopened our doors following our extensive refurbishment. We’re excited to have him leading us into this new chapter for our charity.
Operations Director
Jess looks after the building. She is responsible for making sure it functions as it should, everything opens properly and things flush when they’re meant to.
Head of Outreach and Community Engagement
Tessa’s role is all about increasing community engagement and building positive relationships with organisations, groups and individuals in Trowbridge. She also co-edits ‘Celebrate’, Trowbridge’s community paper.
Marketing and Communications
Antonia takes care of our marketing and communications, from designing posters to keeping our social media up to date. She also co-edits and designs ‘Celebrate’, Trowbridge’s community paper.
Bookings and Events Coordinator
Eleanor oversees our venue hires, and ensures the smooth delivery of in-house events.
Duty Manager
You’ll often see Julia front of house for events and welcoming people into the building.
