Wiltshire Working Well is a fully funded programme offering practical workplace mental health training for people working across Wiltshire.
Delivered by Rethink Mental Illness in partnership with Wiltshire Council and Help Counselling, the programme helps people:
– build confidence around mental health
– learn practical ways to manage stress and wellbeing
– support others in the workplace
Sessions are short, flexible and free to attend.
Our in-person Mental Health First Aid course is delivered over two full days. You must attend both days in full to complete the course.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches people how to give initial mental health care until professional treatment is accessed. It also helps to dispel fears some people have when coming across someone who seems to be experiencing mental ill health.
Our MHFA courses have input from co-trainers with lived experience of mental health problems.
Successful completion of this course results in 3yrs certification as a Mental Health First Aider.
